Asteroid @ LOL

A quick snap of tonight's moon inspired by news that a huge asteroid will soon pass between Earth and the moon.

Things about this article that future generations will find as being humorous anachronisms (or LOL's) ;
- A huge asteroid will pass closer to Earth than the moon this week, giving scientists a rare chance for study without having to go through the time and expense of launching a probe, say experts.  LOL, Humans being interested in asteroids and indeed studying them.
 -... it will be moving too fast for viewing by the Hubble Space Telescope.  LOL,  things being too fast to be looked at.
 -  ...cannot tell for sure how long the asteroid has been in its present orbit.   LOL at not being certain about something.
 - More information about its composition and structure are expected from radar images...  LOL at using radar.
- "I've read that we will be able to see details down to a size of about 15 feet  LOL at the resolution
- LOL at pixellation

At least our future earthlings seem like a cheery bunch, all that laughing out loud and so on.

Godspeed Asteroid.
